The nice things about Bedok
...is that it has nice food. We (the old exco) were invited to join the new exco for supper, and so I went, all the way from church (in Commenwealth) to Bedok (30 minutes journey).
Well the food made the trip worth it. Had oyster omelette, chicken wings, a bowl of bak cho mian, satay and stingray, all washed down with a nice cup of cool lime juice.
On the way back (thanks Jasmine!) I mentioned that I haven't been to Geylang, which then translates into: "Whattt!"
I could say the same about myself. " What!! Been here 3 years and haven't sampled the food at Geylang, you crazy wan ah?"
