Thinking aloud

Where are you going?

Pervenient Grace

Pastor Lynette did a short sermon on what pervenient grace. It's was ok I think and I did learn something. But strangely, I felt as though there was a certain listlessness among the congregation today. Like there was a carpet muffling the entire worship service. They were a little 'too respectfully' quiet. The mood was so heavy...

I don't know, it seems that everytime the pastors do teach doctrine, there is this seemingly invisible wall that separates pastor and congregation. But when the pastors do talk about practical christian living, the walls disappear. Hmm....
